– Again, this was pretty late in the night by the time we cracked this one open and we were drooling over trxxpaxxs’ cellar at this point. This one didn’t wow me the way Cascade sours have, or even some of the other stuff from The Bruery. (Granted, I’m still a sour noob.) Solid, but not mind-blowing.
